We understand the challenges of ordering jewelry online and know it is a very personal decision. Oftentimes it is much easier to make this decision when the jewelry is in your hands, in front of your eyes and tried on.

Return Policy :

If you decide that what you have ordered is not right for any reason, please feel free to send it back to us insured and pre-paid (we will not accept CODs).  Please email info@petitebaleinejewelry.com to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.  Once the RMA number has been sent, the item must be shipped promptly, within 2 business days.  Returns sent without contacting us for an RMA # will not be accepted.  The jewelry must arrive unworn, in pristine condition, in the original packaging and with the receipt - within 10 days of receiving the order. The return item must be shipped within 10 days of receiving it for a full refund. Returns outside of that time frame and within 30 days will be issued online store credit only; an RMA# is still necessary.  Please note: Custom and sized pieces that have been created for you are not returnable.

If these requests are met, you will receive a full refund minus the original shipping charge. We also like to know why you are returning it, so share your thoughts if you can!

We process returns the same day they are received and will send an email confirmation. Keep in mind that, depending on the cycle of your credit card, it may take 2-10 days for the refund to post to your account.
